Return Policy & Exchanges

Customer satisfaction is important to us!
We hope you're happy with your jewels!
However, if for any reason you’re unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to provide you with an exchange.
Please note: for hygiene purposes, we are unable to offer exchanges on earrings.

Refunds

Unfortunately refunds are not given at any time due to hygiene reasons.
A replacement item will be sent if there is a manufacturing fault of which an image is required.
Please send all faulty item images to: contact@lilyanilondon.co.uk
Faulty claims must be made within 14 days of receiving your item.
Replacements for faulty pieces are not guaranteed unless approved by our team.
Customers are liable for any postage costs in returning items to us. 


Exchanges

Lilyani London is exchange only.
No exchange on discounted sale items unless there is a fault with the item.
Exchanges will not be processed until the items are received in their original condition and packaging.
Customers are liable to pay for any remaining costs if they wish to exchange for a more expensive item.
We will not refund the difference of an exchange if a customer wishes to exchange for a cheaper item.
Exchange requests have to be made within 7 days of receiving your item.
Customers are liable for any postage costs in returning items to us.
